My approach in the counselling space
is rooted in the thought of “never alone”. 

When trauma pulls us away from ourselves and from others, healing becomes the path that leads us back home.

 

My approach is rooted in lived experience. Trauma touched my own life early, and the work of healing reshaped me. Through that process, I discovered a deep commitment to supporting others as they find their way forward.

 

Your journey—however winding, however slow—matters. Every turn and every pause is part of the process.

I will hold that journey with you, offering compassion, grounding, and care, until the day you feel ready to hold it for yourself.

 

Welcome to this meaningful, deep work.

You are worth it, and we will walk this road together with courage and curiosity.

This is a place to discover what it means to come home to yourself. You might not know what that looks or feels like right now—and that is completely okay. Together, we’ll get curious about your story: the past that shaped you, the present you’re navigating, and what is still unfolding.

 

We’ll explore how your experiences have brought you to this moment, and how your inner compass already knows the way back to what is good and true within you. If you’re reading this, life may not feel great right now—or even close to good. That’s okay too. I will hold this space until you can hold it for yourself.

Individual Counselling ~ Chilliwack, Abbotsford & VIRTUAL

I offer individual therapy for youth & adults ages 12 and up, with in person counselling available in 2 locations, as well as virtual therapy options across BC. My work is trauma-informed, nervous system aware and neurodivergent affirming. I support clients navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, addiction patterns, emotional regulation, ADHD/ASD, religious harm, pre/postpartum depression & anxiety, grief and loss as well as other life experiences that can feel overwhelming to carry alone.
